How long will it take to receive my order?
- When you send AP Source a list of books you are interested in ordering, we will first send a quotation (proforma invoice) for you to review. Once you have approved the proforma, delivery of your order will take approximately 2 – 3 weeks.
How will my order be shipped?
- We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Expedited delivery is available in certain cases.
How will I know the status of my order?
Our order-tracking software eINFORM allows you to check the status of your account, as well as any pending, processing, or past orders – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Simply login to your customized order status webpage, and you’ll be able to:
- Track the status of all of your orders
- Review and approve quotations
- Download quotations and invoices
How can I avoid delays with my order?
In order to avoid delays in order processing, please supply as much information as possible on all book orders, including:
- ISBN/ISSN
- Title
- Full quantity
- Publisher
- Supply deadline
Does AP Source have an order minimum?
AP Source cannot supply orders with a value less than $350.00. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like to order a sample copy, please click on "Request a Sample Copy" for instructions and information about our sample policy. Thank you!
Do you accept returns?
Returns will only be accepted if AP Source has supplied the wrong book (different Title/Author/ISBN from the one we originally quoted) or if we have issued the customer with a return authorization. If you receive a book that has been damaged, please contact AP Source to ask about obtaining a return authorization. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without our prior written authorization.
